o3oa Sheet Sync Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of the Korean policy, which is reproduced in full on this same page (한국어). The Korean text is the original; where the two read differently, the Korean text governs. Both languages are shown below — use the buttons above to read only one.

o3oa Sheet Sync (the "Extension") is a tool that reads only the values you point at by clicking, on the online store or ad manager screen you are looking at yourself, and copies them into your own Google Spreadsheet. This document states what the Extension reads and where it sends it.

1. What the Extension reads

• It reads only the value at the position you point at by clicking, on a screen you logged into and opened yourself.
• It does not collect or store whole pages.
• It does not log in automatically, hijack sessions, or reach screens you have not opened.
• It requests no site access permission at install time. It reaches only the sites you have allowed yourself from inside the Extension.

2. Where it sends them

The values it reads are delivered only to your own Google Spreadsheet. Reading from and writing to the sheet happens entirely in your own browser and does not pass through the company's servers.

You may point at a position that holds personal data such as a buyer's name or phone number, but a value picked that way likewise goes only to your own sheet and is not transmitted to the company's servers.

Only if you have turned on the o3oa service integration yourself, aggregate figures — date, channel, revenue, order count, cancelled amount and the like — are transmitted to the company's servers. No personally identifying information is included, and when a screen's address is sent, the query string after the question mark is stripped before it is stored.

3. What is stored on your device

The items above are kept in browser storage (chrome.storage.local) and are not transmitted off your device. They are deleted along with the Extension when you remove it.

4. Google user data

In order to write values into the Google Spreadsheet you designated, the Extension requests a Google account permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets). The access token is held only inside the Extension and is not transmitted to the company's servers.

This Extension's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That data is used only to provide features to the user. It is not used for advertising purposes, it is not sold, and it is not read by humans.

5. Third parties and processing on our behalf

The Extension does not provide or sell the values it reads to any third party. The only places a value is delivered are your own Google Spreadsheet and, if you turned the integration on, the o3oa service.

6. Retention period

The Extension keeps no copy of the values it reads. Keeping or deleting the values recorded in the sheet is up to you, in your own Google account. The settings and history stored on your device are erased along with the Extension when you delete it.

7. Withdrawing permissions

• Site access permission: the Chrome extensions page (chrome://extensions)
• Google account permission: Google Account security settings
• Settings and history stored on your device: deleted along with the Extension

8. Children's personal data

The Extension is a tool for businesses. It is not directed at children under the age of 14 — the age of consent set by the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, under which this policy is written — and it does not knowingly collect children's personal data.
